Emily Jean (Sam) Tingler, 72, Indianapolis, IN passed away peacefully on December 15, 2015 at home. She is survived by her 2 children, Ronald L. Tingler and Samanthia J. (Tingler) Osburn, 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Our family would like to thank each and every one of you for the prayers and sympathy during our time of grief. At our mother’s request there will not be a memorial service, she did request a Celebration of Life gathering, which will be held at a later date and time when her children are ready. We also ask that in lieu of flowers that a donation be made to the American Cancer Society, in memory of Emily Jean (Sam) Tingler.

Please continue to check back here for further information on the Celebration of Life.

I do not know what I am going to do without you, I will moss our phone calls during my long drives for work. I will miss calling you when ever I had a problem because I knew you would just listen. I will miss trading recipes and learning new ones from our family past. You raised me right mom, you taught me to cook, do laundry and to sew because like you said if you can do all these things you do not have to rely on anyone. You were heartbroken when I moved away but you understood why I had to. I always leaving you was so hard to do but it helped me be a better person, but I also knew that no matter how far away I was I knew that I could reach out to you any time. It is so hard knowing that you gone but you will never be forgotten because I know you are still looking down on me and still looking out for me. I will not say goodbye but until we see each other again. I love you mom. xoxo
